There aren’t tons of hotel based holidays in Serre Chevalier, but there are a few. Holidaymakers in Serre Chevalier tend to prefer the catered chalet type of deal or a self catering apartment, but hotels still have their place. For example the Hotel Plein Sud in Chantemerle has a lovely swimming pool that is in use all year round thanks to an ingenious cover that can slide over it in the cold winter months, that’s the sort of luxury you would not get in any chalet or apartment.
