Chalet Swen is a unique chalet with a large south-facing terrace and garden, which can accommodate up to 5 families (18 people) in total luxury. Each double room has a king-size bed (180 x200), an integrated television and a shower room with private toilets, for the privacy of each couple. The 80 m2 living room has a magnificent fireplace and a bar. The dining table can accommodate up to 18 people. The dormitory for 8 people also serves as a home video with a large screen and SONOS sound bar.
In the winter season, the spa is composed of a sauna and a Jacuzzi, children and adults can enjoy a table tennis table, a video game console, and Wifi. In the summer season, a heated outdoor swimming pool will allow you to relax in the sun after your hikes and other multiple activities offered in the resort.

Chalet prestige la Croix de Bois
This semi-detached chalet is composed of two apartments for 2 and 3 families, which can be rented together or separately thanks to a double door (5 families - 20 people). Fireplace in each apartment, dormitory - playroom for children, comfortable equipment, television in each room, Xbox 360, games and Wifi. The large south-facing terrace allows you to relax in front of one of the resort's most majestic panoramas, after a day of skiing or other multiple activities (nordic skiing, ice karting, snowshoeing, dog sledding, bowling, cinemas etc).
Located in Serre Chevalier near the village of Monêtier-les-Bains (Chalet de la Croix de Bois) or behind the village on the south side (Chalet SWEN), these two luxury and prestigious chalets offer solutions adapted for groups of 8 to 18 people with fireplaces, large terraces, gardens and all the comfort for an optimal well-being and exceptional holidays!
The two cottages can accommodate up to 5 families. They are built in larch wood, quiet and facing south, bathed in sunshine all year round!
